Chef James Grill is a CIA-trained Executive Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, and culinary entrepreneur rooted in Baltimore, MD. His career spans Michelin-caliber kitchens, Relais & Châteaux properties, and the nationally-recognized pastry program at Alinea — building a body of work defined by technical mastery and sincere creative expression.
As founder of his culinary company, Chef James is channeling that foundation into something new: artisan chocolates and confections built for Baltimore, available to the world. His work is defined by love, precision, and an unwillingness to cut corners.
